Title: Parking Enforcement Officer

Reports To: Operations Manager
General Description:
The Parking Enforcement Officer is responsible for monitoring assigned parking facilities to ensure compliance with parking regulations, issuing parking violation notices, and maintaining a visible presence that promotes safe and orderly parking operations. The role also serves as the Company’s eyes and ears in the field by reporting any operational, safety, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Parking Enforcement Officer is expected to inspect parking facilities during regular patrols and promptly report equipment malfunctions, damaged gates or barriers, pay station issues, signage problems, lighting outages, vandalism, cleanliness or safety concerns, and any other conditions affecting operations.
The Parking Enforcement Officer is not responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, altering, or maintaining any parking equipment or facilities. Their responsibility is limited to identifying issues and reporting them through established procedures.
