Type of Site – Transitional Housing

Schedules Available:

Part-Time, Day Shift, Saturday & Sunday, 7am-3pm (PDR)

Part-Time, Day Shift, Saturday & Sunday, 7a-3p (PRK)

ALL "PDR" locations must be able to train one day, during the weekday, dayshift.

Pay: $23.50

Both Sites have an ON-DUTY meal

Responsibilities

• Must be able to utilize Current Technology for job performance and report writing
• Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards
• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activities and detect suspicious behavior
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors before granting access to the facility
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations or security breaches
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
• Enforce safety policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and calmness
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure swift resolution of issues

Skills

• Strong understanding of surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
• Knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle tense situations effectively
• Ability to perform basic first aid and CPR in emergency scenarios
• Background in law enforcement, military service, or security enhances readiness for diverse situations
• Excellent observation skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance
• Familiarity with loss prevention practices to protect property and assets
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
