We are looking for Security Officers to work a blended role of Directing Traffic and Foot Patrol.

Monday through Friday with Weekends as needed.

Minimum Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of security experience
• Valid state security license
• Clean background and drug screening
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a high-security environment
• A commitment to ethical conduct
• Must be willing to address emergencies promptly and appropriately
• Bilingual: English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct regular foot patrols of the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, to deter and detect security threats.
• Perform security checks on doors, windows, and other access points to identify and report vulnerabilities or breaches.
• Respond swiftly to alarms and security breaches, following established protocols and coordinating with fellow security officers.
• Document all security-related activities, incidents, and observations during foot patrols and submit detailed reports to supervisors.

Emergency Response:

• Act promptly and decisively during emergencies, assisting with evacuations, coordinating with emergency services, and providing support to clients and employees.
• Collaborate with other security officers and staff to ensure a coordinated response to emergency situations.

Client Relations:

• Build positive relationships with clients, visitors, and employees, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance, enhancing the overall experience for everyone on-site.
