Las Palmas Grand is a guard-gated 55+ resort community in Mesa, AZ. We are seeking a Courtesy Patrol Supervisor who brings strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to resident safety and customer service excellence.

Position Details:

• Part-time position
• May include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Immediate opening available

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support courtesy patrol staff and daily shift operations
• Oversee community patrols, ensuring consistent coverage and adherence to procedures
• Monitor and respond to safety concerns, incidents, and resident needs
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and incident documentation
• Ensure gates, lighting, and community areas are monitored and functioning properly
• Serve as a professional and courteous point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors
• Assist in training, coaching, and supporting team members
• Coordinate with management regarding safety issues and operational updates

Qualifications:

• Previous security, courtesy patrol, or law enforcement experience required
• Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High standard of ethical conduct and professionalism
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
