Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated premises to deter unauthorized access and prevent theft or vandalism.
• Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, vehicles, and packages entering or leaving the facility.
• Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee critical areas continuously.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies using established protocols.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing assistance during investigations or incidents.
• Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations until medical professionals arrive, ensuring immediate care for injured individuals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Valid firearms license and certification to carry an armed weapon in accordance with local laws.
• Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, and emergency response are essential.
• Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices.
