Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous CCTV surveillance and monitor security cameras to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Oversee access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes effectively.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
• Perform routine safety inspections of the premises to identify potential risks or hazards and report findings for corrective action.
• Communicate clearly with team members and visitors using effective communication skills to ensure safety protocols are understood and followed.

Experience

• Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and other monitoring equipment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and convey information effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
• Experience in dispatching or coordinating emergency responses is a plus.
