Position: Level 4 Residential Security Officer — High‑Profile / Close Personal Protection

Company: 360 Group International Location: Houston, Tx — Local candidates only.

Summary 360 Group International is seeking experienced, professional Level 4 Security Officers for high-profile residential and close personal protection assignments. This role is for seasoned security professionals (preferably ex‑military or law enforcement) with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable high‑profile residential/estate security and/or close personal protection experience.

Schedule (REQUIRED availability)

• Saturdays & Sundays: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Plus any fill in/flex

Key Responsibilities

• Provide highly visible, professional security presence and deterrence at a residential estate
• Maintain vigilance and situational awareness at all times
• Deliver exceptional professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and guests
• Provide courteous customer service when needed
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and appearance
• Drive responsibly; may include on‑site vehicle use

Minimum Qualifications — READ CAREFULLY

• Must be 21+ years old
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable high‑profile residential/estate security and/or close personal protection experience — applications without this will be passed over
• Valid TOPS Level 4 Certification (required)
• Military and Law Enforcement highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• High School diploma, GED or higher
• Clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle (MANDATORY)
• Physically fit for long shifts and professional presentation (business casual attire required)

Additional Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID LEVEL 4 PPO COMMISSION
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS HIGH-PROFILE RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• Flexible attitude and discretion required
• Must pass background check and any client screening

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
