Position Overview

We are seeking a Security Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining site integrity, client confidence, and operational consistency.

You are not just filling a shift you are representing the company on the ground. Execution, professionalism, and awareness are non negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interior and exterior patrols with clear reporting
• Enforce access control and prevent unauthorized entry
• Respond immediately to incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate, time stamped reports and incident documentation
• Execute site specific post orders with zero deviation
• Support event operations, crowd management, and client directives
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members
• Uphold a professional presence and provide high level customer service
• Assist in training and onboarding new personnel when required

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Security License (mandatory)
• Proven experience in security, loss prevention, or related field
• Strong situational awareness and decision making ability
• Professional communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Physically capable of extended patrols and standing periods
• Reliable transportation is considered an asset
• First Aid or emergency response training is an asset
