Our collaborative and transdisciplinary ABA ® framework, consists of applied behavior analysis, special education, speech language therapy, physical and occupational therapy, sensory integration, group and social interaction, and family support for children – ages 5 to 21 – with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodiversities.

Your Impact Here at MBC
Accountable directly to the CEO, Executive Director, Senior Clinical Director, Director of Building Operations.
Coordinates with neighboring buildings regarding tenant and landlord security needs, including lanyard/badge access, and ensures all outside vendors and contractors follow proper building protocols, including after-hours work and check-in procedures.
Responsible for coordinating and documenting monthly fire drills, maintaining accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation to ensure all safety procedures are properly followed and recorded.
Open school building on-time in order for staff to enter upon assigned arrival time
Answer incoming phone calls and record messages during school hours
Ensure proper usage of access cards when staff enter the building
Greet and welcome guests entering the building and ensure proper sign-in
Provide support to staff by contacting facilities department when further assistance with supplies, student accidents, etc. occur
Communicate with Supervisory and Crisis Team when student support is required
Lead busing protocols upon student arrival and dismissal
Communicate with local authority and community members as needed in relation to security concerns
Conduct proper operation of building alarm systems to ensure appropriate response during emergencies or accidental activation
Complies with and implements school policies & procedures
Ensures adequate supervision of MBC students at all times while at front desk
Other duties as assigned by the ABA Supervisor, Director of ABA Services, Director of Education, Executive Director of Education and Chief Operating Officer
Requirements
Minimum of Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in security or related field
Commitment to complete Professional Development
Physical, emotional, and professional capacity to effectively work in an environment serving children with special needs, including those with a range of behavioral challenges
