About the Position:
SDBS-Security Inc. is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards for our National City location. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, and excellent attention to detail who can maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to protect property and ensure the safety of tenants, employees, and visitors
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Follow post orders, site protocols, and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and local law enforcement if necessary

Requirements:

• Must have a valid California Guard Card
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License
• Must have a reliable personal transportation. No ride share or public transportation.
• Must have at least two (2) years of verifiable security experience
• Must provide two professional references at the time of interview
• Must be available to work any shift (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Must have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail

Hiring Process:

• Two-step interview process (initial interview and final interview)
