On-Site Flex Security Officer (Rovers)

This is an on-call, 32-hour per week maximum, position. Not full-time.

City Wide Protection Services is seeking attentive and proactive Security Officers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have strong observational skills, the ability to follow protocol, and a commitment to maintaining safety and security.

This is not a position for those who want to be on their phones or in their cars; we are looking for dedicated team members who will actively patrol and secure their assigned locations.

Pay: $21 per hour

Post Currently Hiring:

• Flex (Rover)- 24/7 availability, able to work with 2-4 hour notice.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card
• 1-2 years Security experience
• Smartphone with internet access
• Reliable transportation, preferably privately owned vehicle.
• Open availability for all shifts, including weekends, holidays

Benefits:

Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours (24 hours more than the state minimum); eligible after 90 days
