Level 2 Unarmed Event Security

A & Associates is seeking Event Security Staff to join our team. Staff will be responsible for leading and coordinating guests during live events, while ensuring the property, clients, and guests remain safe and protected from trespassing, threats, and criminal activity.

• has experience leading teams and/or experience in security / law enforcement

Primary Responsibilities

• Report all daily activities to the Operations Manager
• Patrol grounds/buildings as assigned; observe, document, and escalate suspicious activity
• Monitor and review surveillance cameras and crowd activity (as applicable)
• Conduct access control checks and verify authorized entry credentials
• Ensure doors, gates, windows, and perimeter remain secure throughout the event
• Respond to alerts and incidents, secure the area, and contact law enforcement if needed
• Maintain professionalism in all guest interactions and employee escorts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Level 2 Security Guard License (Required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; able to stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to manage and direct security staff in real time
