Job Title: Security Guard (3rd Shift)
Reports to: Security Manager
Rate: $17-18/hr depending on experience, qualifications, etc.
Timeframe: Part-time, Thursdays, Fridays, & Mondays from 10pm-6am.

Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for club members, guests, and staff. This role combines vigilant security practices with exceptional customer service, ensuring the club’s standards of privacy, discretion, and professionalism are upheld at all times.
Job Responsibilities:

Patrol club grounds, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter on food and/or by vehicle.

Monitor access points to ensure only authorized members, guests, and vendors enter the property.

Greet members and guests in a courteous, professional manner while maintaining security protocols.

Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and member concerns.

Enforce club policies and safety procedures calmly and discreetly.

Coordinate with club management and local emergency services when necessary.

Complete incident reports, daily logs, and shift documentation accurately.

Assist with special events, tournaments, and private functions as needed.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience required.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and discreet in all situations.

Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods of time.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
