Security Officer- San Francisco Part Time

Open Positions:

Open shifts 2 days per week. Wednesday/ Thursday 11pm to 7am

We are looking for a competent Security Officer to work at an apartment building in San Francisco. You will be responsible for the safety and well being of the residents. Security officers will be on duty to patrol the lobby and immediate area outside the front door of the building. Security officers will also be responsible for checking the mail area to deter theft. Security Officers will also deny entry to uninvited guest.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of people in the property
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
• Provide assistance to people in need

Skills

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
