Shifts Available: 2nd Shift & Overnight

Position Summary
A & Associates is seeking experienced, professional Unarmed Security Officers for an immediate opening in North Miami Beach, Florida. This role requires disciplined, dependable officers who understand the responsibility of post coverage, site integrity, and professional conduct. This is not entry-level security — we are looking for experienced personnel who can operate independently, follow protocols, and represent our brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor and secure assigned post areas
• Conduct routine patrols and site checks
• Enforce site rules, procedures, and access control
• Report incidents, safety concerns, and irregular activity
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reporting
• Provide professional interaction with staff, visitors, and clients

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable security experience
• Valid Florida Class D Unarmed Security License
• Issued by the
• Florida Department of Agriculture
• Own reliable vehicle in excellent condition
• Ability to work 2nd shift and overnight shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently without supervisionCompensation
• $20.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
