The Role: Field Supervisor

As Field Supervisor, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to frontline security staff at client sites. Working closely with the Manager Field Operations and Client Services Managers, you’ll ensure safe, effective, and reliable service delivery throughout overnight operations.

Schedule

Night shifts: 1900–0700
Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and mentor frontline security staff

• Conduct regular and no-notice site inspections and quality checks

• Respond to incidents, service issues, and emergency staffing needs

• Keep post orders, training records, and site documentation up to date

• Coordinate with scheduling and payroll to ensure full coverage and accurate pay

• Drive staff communications, evaluations, and training initiatives

• Support client liaison, site inspections, and new site orientations as required

What You Bring

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Valid Alberta Security License

• Strong English communication skills

• Valid First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

• Class 5 (Non-GDL) driver’s license & clean abstract

• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices

• Calm, professional judgment under pressure

• Exceptional attention to detail and report-writing skills
