Lead Security Officer – Fort Worth, TX

Command International Security Services is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Lead Bouncer-Type Security Guard to oversee on-site security operations and ensure the safety of our client’s premises. VALID GUARD CARD REQUIRED.

Position: Lead Bouncer-Type Security Guard
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Shifts Available: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00–$16.25/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the Lead Officer on shift, providing guidance and direction to assigned security staff
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, including parking lots, to deter theft and unauthorized activity using company patrol vehicles
• Ensure all walkie-talkie communications are answered promptly and professionally
• Work closely with AP and on-site personnel to address security concerns
• Respond to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action in accordance with company protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors
• Set the standard for professionalism, appearance, and performance on site

Requirements:

• Lead-level Bouncer / Security experience required
• Valid Security Guard License (Texas)
• Minimum of 8 years of security or bouncer experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent observation and attention to detail
• Comfortable using security technology (CCTV, radios, reporting systems)
• Ability to work independently and manage situations under pressure
• Reliable transportation
