Security Guard

Job Summary: SORA LICENSE REQUIRED

TWO LOCATIONS AVAILABLE: 1008 MADISON AVE., PATTERSON NJ AND 233 5TH AVE., PATTERSON NJ.

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your energetic presence and keen attention to detail will help prevent loss, ensure safety, and uphold the integrity of our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as the first line of defense in protecting our assets, staff, and visitors.

Duties

• Control access by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and sensitive zones to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Enforce security policies and procedures while managing conflicts or disputes with professionalism and calmness.
• Observe and report-diligence is key

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable; military background is a plus.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR are preferred to provide immediate assistance during emergencies.
• Ability to handle conflict management situations with tact and professionalism under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; ability to respond quickly when necessary.
