Starting Salary: $50,000

Wolfram Security Force is a start-up security services company dedicated to delivering in-person security guards to a range of facilities.

We’re seeking a great leader to be our Director of Operations to oversee our security operations. This individual will need to be motivated, process oriented, interested in training/mentoring, patient, organized, and sales-savvy.

Initially, this will involve two roles:

1. As we scale, you will be the outward “face” of the organization. You will be in charge of business development/sales. This means reaching out and visiting properties for 8+ hours a day if needed. Our focus is getting property managers to switch from their existing security guard service to us.

2. Once we have scaled operations:

• You will run day-to-day operations of the security guards at the office.
• Business development will move into relationship management.
• Field operations will continue 3-4 days a week to ensure successful setup and delivery of new accounts with the client and Wolfram staff.

As our Operations Manager, you will be the central force behind ensuring all security operations run seamlessly each day.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will span from scheduling, payroll, real-time guard management, training, surveillance, in-field relationship building, and client onboarding.
• Conduct WEEKLY on-site check-ins with guards to verify familiarity with site-specific routes, checkpoints, and expectations.
• Visit office buildings and commercial properties to conduct outbound business development and establish new client partnerships.
• Ensure all security guards are deployed correctly, dressed properly, and on time to client properties.
• Resolve schedule conflicts by finding and assigning qualified replacements when coverage issues arise.
• Learn and utilize Belfry, our vertically integrated workforce management platform (tracks hours, schedules, overtime, etc.).
• Collaborate with property managers to onboard new clients, set expectations, and implement guard operations.
• Training subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, and company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice.
• Employee onboarding process including new hire interviewing, selection of candidates, training and licensure and new hire paperwork.

Expectations:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience at a security guard company
• Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
• Strong understanding of law enforcement practices and procedures
• Comfort working both in-office & in the field
• Dedicated employee who shows up on-time every day and works hard
• Overtime hours as we become busy – this is not a 9-5
• Be a Team player – in all aspects/requirements
• Desire to become part of the Ownership in Wolfram

Bonus Structure: Specific KPI’s, both personal and company metrics will dictate the percentage of Bonus received (0-100%). Paid bi-annually.

PTO: Two week/year.
