Armed Patrol Officer

Job Description Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Armed Patrol Officer to oversee security operations at our HOA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and law enforcement, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. We have two 3rd shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to maintain surveillance
• Monitor neighborhood for any suspicious activities
• Implement security procedures to militarize the site effectively
• Handle conflicts and emergencies with professionalism
• Provide first aid/CPR assistance when necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience in law enforcement or security roles preferred
• Certification in surveillance or related field is preferred
• Proficient in conflict management techniques
• Knowledge of first aid/CPR procedures
• Familiarity with Gate Access systems and security protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
