We are currently hiring polished, customer-service–driven Security Officers for an ultra-luxury residential property area of Brickell/Downtown Miami.
Position Overview – Residential Security Attendant (Luxury Condo)
The Residential Security Rover serves as the first and last impression of the property. This role requires an impeccably mannered, discreet professional who excels at both security operations and hospitality-level service.
Security Officers act as the gatekeeper of the residence, greeting residents and guests, verifying access, monitoring activity, and ensuring a seamless, five-star living experience—similar to a luxury hotel environment.

Luxury Residential Property
Security & Patrol Operations
- Conduct continuous interior and exterior patrols of the property, including lobbies, corridors, garages, stairwells, amenities, rooftops, and perimeter areas
- Maintain high visibility while remaining discreet to deter unauthorized activity and ensure resident safety
- Identify, report, and address suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or policy violations immediately
- Ensure all access points, doors, gates, and restricted areas are secured at all times
Resident & Guest Service (5-Star Standard)
- Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously while on patrol
- Provide clear directions, assistance, and concierge-level support when needed
- Serve as a mobile ambassador of the property, reinforcing a welcoming, safe environment
- Maintain familiarity with resident preferences, amenities, and property layout
Access Control & Monitoring
- Verify credentials and authorization for vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel encountered during patrol
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control panels as assigned
- Respond promptly to alarms, access alerts, and irregular activity
Incident Response & Emergency Management
- Respond immediately to incidents including medical emergencies, fire alarms, disturbances, and security breaches
- Provide basic first aid or CPR if trained, until emergency services arrive
- Assist with evacuations, lockdowns, and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs
- Coordinate with supervisors, property management, and local emergency responders
Reporting & Documentation
- Document patrol findings, incidents, and resident interactions in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
- Submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs using property software or written reports
- Communicate shift updates effectively during post and handover briefings
Property Standards & Loss Prevention
- Observe and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns
- Enforce property rules, policies, and post orders respectfully and consistently
- Assist with loss prevention efforts to protect residents, guests, and property assets
Professional Conduct & Appearance
- Maintain a polished, upscale appearance consistent with a luxury environment
- Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
- Remain alert, composed, and service-oriented during extended patrol shifts
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Engineering, and Property Management teams
- Support fellow security officers and supervisors as needed
Security & Customer Service
- Minimum 3 years of security experience (luxury condominium or hotel preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset with hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and alert under pressure
Licensing & Compliance
- Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Full disclosure of criminal history required (failure to disclose may result in termination)

- Professional, upscale appearance and demeanor
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable with strong attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain alert
- Comfortable commuting to Brickell/Downtown Miami
Technology & Computer Skills
- Experience with BuildingLink, Outlook, or similar property management systems
- Comfortable using iPads and desktop computers
Language Skills
- English fluency (reading, writing, speaking) required
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
Preferred Experience
- 2–3+ years working in a luxury hotel or luxury residential condominium
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to cover shifts as needed
