Upscale Security Site Supervisor (3 Year Exp.)

Job Overview

Ensures a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees by actively patrolling and monitoring the premises and personnel. Oversees overall team performance by assigning tasks, training staff, evaluating individual and group effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Also responsible for motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and serving as a communication bridge between upper management and the team.

We are looking for:

• Site Supervisor: Thursday to Saturday from 3pm to 11:30pm and Sunday – Monday from 11pm to 7:30pm.

Area: Miami, 33136

Duties:

• Officer will control access through a metal detector.
• Prevent access of unauthorized individuals.
• Open and close the facility.
• Secures premises by patrolling, monitoring and surveilling assigned area.
• Challenges anyone engaged in suspicious activity.
• Will report any irregularities and call law enforcement if needed.
• Completes incidents and shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Officer must be willing to stay past his regular shift if necessary.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.

Skills:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must also be able to speak and comprehend Spanish.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a responsible, full-time security position, with verifiable employment history.
• Must be observant and capable of identifying suspicious activity, with the ability to report incidents clearly and in detail.
• Must provide proof of previous employment.
• Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Previous military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Prior experience supervising team members is required.
