Security Guard – Full Time & Part Time (All Shifts)

BNT Security is hiring reliable and motivated Security Guards for multiple sites across Calgary. We provide 24/7 coverage, so day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are all available.

About the Role

As a Security Guard with BNT Security, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will monitor premises, deter unwanted activity, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Patrol client sites (interior/exterior) and complete routine security checks
• Monitor CCTV, access points, and alarms when required
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity
• Write clear, accurate daily activity reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
• Enforce site rules and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Security Guard Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (optional but preferred):

• First Aid/CPR
• Customer service or previous security experience
• Class 5 driver’s licence
