Requirements

-Applicants must have 2 + Years of Security Experience (except for X Police/Military)

-Must Have Military Clean cut, beards are allowed but must be lined and groomed neatly. No Dreads, gold teeth or face peircings. A woman with long hair should have it tied up. Both your appearance and your speech must be professional for you to be considered for these positions.

-Must speak, read and write English proficiently

-Must have great customer Service skills and be well spoken.

-Must know how to properly write an incident report / and Properly write a Daily Activity Report.

-Must be Computer Literate.

-Must know how to Drive a golf Cart

-Must be able to Actively walk and conduct several rounds of foot patrols.

– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and property
– Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify any potential risks or breaches
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
– Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities
– Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor premises
– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required

“`Experience“`
– Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
– Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and access control procedures
– Familiarity with first aid and CPR protocols is a plus
– Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks or threats
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
– Proven ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations in a professional manner
– Loss prevention experience is desirable
– Possession of relevant security certifications or training is an advantage
