Nation Security is Hiring: Bilingual Security Officers (English/Spanish)

Nation Security is seeking dedicated and professional Bilingual Security Officers to join our growing team immediately. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence on site
• Patrol facilities and monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure safety and compliance
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms and emergency situations
• Authorize access to premises and enforce company policies
• Manage and control access points, including directing traffic when necessary
• Document incidents and observations with clear and detailed reports
• Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance on security equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic reports
• Must pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions)
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime as needed
