About the Role
Nation Security is seeking a seasoned, results-oriented Security Operations Manager to lead security operations across multiple client sites in Florida. This leadership role is critical for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, budget management, and the delivery of exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private security, strong leadership skills, and a proven commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise daily security operations at multiple client locations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee security officers and site supervisors.
• Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure all personnel maintain required licenses and certifications.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and engagement.

Client Relations & Service Delivery

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Ensure services consistently meet or exceed contractual obligations and quality standards.

Operational Oversight & Compliance

• Develop and implement site-specific security protocols and post orders.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Oversee incident response, documentation, and investigations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Financial & Administrative Management

• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Prepare reports, billing documentation, and performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

Collaboration & Industry Engagement

• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and internal teams.
• Stay informed on security trends, technology, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations or related management roles.
• Proven leadership experience in private security.
• Valid Florida Class D Security License or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $52,000 – $60,000/year (DOE)

Additional Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct private security experience.
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Doral/Miami, FL (33182) prior to start.
