Position Overview
Nation Security is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Dispatcher to join our Operations Team in Doral, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
• Dispatch and coordinate security officers to meet client and operational needs.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients and field teams.
• Monitor real-time activity using dispatch software, ensuring accurate records.
• Follow established protocols for incident escalation and emergency response.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times.
• Accurately document calls, incidents, and dispatch actions in the system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, or customer service roles.
• Must be available to work on-site in Doral, FL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and dispatch or scheduling software.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication is required)
