Security Officer [Part-Time]

WGS Group is a security company currently looking for Unarmed Security Guards to fill part-time positions in San Jose, CA.

MUST be able to work overtime as needed and required.

MUST BE 21+

MUST have BSIS Guard Registration Card:

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

PM SHIFTS [3pm-11pm]

AM SHIFTS [7am-3pm]

GRAVE SHIFTS [11pm-7am]

MANDATORY OVERTIME AS NEEDED AND REQUIRED

Job Requirements:

BSIS Guard Card Required
Minimum of a GED/High School Diploma
Must be a US Citizen with a valid Social Security Card, birth certificate; 21 years of age; fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Ability to follow established procedures and policies. Enforce client/company rules, policies, and/or regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, including legible report writing.
Ability to provide quality Customer Service.
Analytical skills to produce course of action reporting and escalate issues to management in typical and crisis situations.
Ability to work independently or as part of a small group, process-oriented with high attention to detail, provide precise/clear information with minimum supervision.
Ability to perform essential functions of the position which may include long periods of sitting, walking, standing.
Ability to see, hear, and smell to respond to alarms and detect emergency situations.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Reliable transportation and a current Driver’s License.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
