On Call Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking an On Call Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention and possess strong conflict management skills.

Responsibilities
– Monitor CCTV systems for any suspicious activities
– Conduct patrols of the premises to ensure security
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Provide assistance during emergencies such as medical incidents
– Enforce property rules and regulations
– Complete detailed reports on any incidents that occur during shifts

Qualifications
– CPR and First Aid certification required
– Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
– Proficiency in conflict management techniques
– Ability to adapt to various situations quickly and effectively
– Strong attention to detail and observation skills

You must have a CA Guard License and valid Drivers License. You also must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
