Job Title: Armed (Exposed) Security Guard

Location: San Jose, CA

Position status: Full Time:

Note: we are not looking for Part-Time employees. Candidate will work the Full-Time position.

Shifts: Monday-Friday

• 5:30am to 4:30pm
• Paid Overtime

Pay: $26.00 + daily overtime

Prerequisites:

• Current CA BSIS Guard Card
• Current BSIS CA Exposed Firearm Permit
• CPR/First Aid certification
• 2-3 years Full-Time Armed security experience
• approved Holster (LEVEL I or II)

Approved Duty Belt/Kit

• Molle Exterior Plate Carrier Kit
• Military: Clean (DD-214)
• Current BSIS Bi-annual proficiency sign off paperwork

Requirements:

• Successful Completion (Background Check)
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• CCTV Systems
• Report Writing
• Incident Response

Scope of work:

Armed Security Guard to Protect/Safeguard employees, Visitors, and Company equipment and property.

Security will work with internal staff to check in guests, hourly foot patrols of the interior and exterior of the building and property. Will have access to CCTV to monitor all activities on the property.

Uniform attire: Tactical

Start Date: ASAP

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Full-Time Armed security: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BSIS (CA Guard Card) (Required)
• Current BSIS CA Exposed Firearm Permit (Required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (Required)
• approved Holster (LEVEL I or II) (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• San Jose, CA 95113 (Required)

Work Location: In person
