Security Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities
– Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
– Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
– Call law enforcement or emergency services as needed
– Escort individuals to specified locations when required

Skills
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
– Possession of relevant certificates such as in law enforcement, loss prevention, or surveillance is a plus
– Familiarity with first aid and CPR procedures
– Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies calmly and efficiently
– Military experience is beneficial for this role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
