Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Account Managers, Site Supervisors, and Client Service Managers to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor performance and accountability.
• Coordinate staffing solutions to address operational needs effectively.

Personnel Management & Support

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to leadership staff.
• Ensure teams have the resources and training necessary for success.
• Promote a fun and team-oriented culture that emphasizes professionalism.

Client Service & Relationship Support

• Act as the primary operational contact in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Engage in client meetings to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Compliance & Incident Management

• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and regulations.
• Oversee incident response procedures and reporting.
• Review incident reports to verify effective corrective actions.
