Field Supervisor

MUST have a valid CA Driver License

MUST have clean DMV record

MUST have CA BSIS Guard Card

MUST have CPR/First-Aid Certification

MUST have 2+ years of supervising experience (any field)

MUST have 2 + years of security experience

MUST have HS diploma or GED Equivalent

MUST have excellent report writing skills

MUST have excellent communication

MUST be able to work over-time

| Pay rate $22 + $4.80(Health & Wellness)=26.80

Job Description:

• Oversees officers on site
• Assists in providing proper coverage, manning locations where needed
• Trains officers in pertinent duties
• Manages scheduling and completes payroll
• Responds to alarms, emergency situations, and instructions from UPS security
• Performs additional duties related to security of premises as required
• May be required to perform emergency duties which require physical exertion such as: standing or walking for an entire shift, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50lbs. and running.

Qualifications:

• Have reliable transportation
• Physically capable of performing the assigned work
• Be able to meet all applicable licensing, registration, and certification requirements in the state in which the officer’s assigned facility is located
• Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing

Education & Experience:

• Must have at least 2 years supervisor experience in security
• Must be 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED

Licensing, Permits & Certifications:

• Security Guard Registration Card

Pay: $26.00 – $26.65 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Supervising: 2 years (Required)
• Security: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• Driver’s License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Hayward, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
