Position Overview:

We are seeking highly professional Unarmed Executive Protection Agents to join our reserve team. This role is ideal for experienced security professionals looking to utilize their skills in a non-aggressive yet strategic capacity. The primary function is to provide discreet and effective protection for high-profile clients by utilizing observational skills, situational awareness, and strong communication to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Site Assessments: Monitor and evaluate the safety of locations, such as residences, business venues, and event spaces.
• Surveillance and Reporting: Conduct security patrols, surveillance, and detailed reporting on suspicious activities or safety concerns.
• Client Escort and Safety: Provide safe escort services for clients in various environments, ensuring their safety and privacy.
• Crisis Management: Respond appropriately to incidents or potential threats, using de-escalation techniques and non-physical intervention.
• Event Security: Support event security operations by managing access control, screening procedures, and crowd management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive protection or related field.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card required (California certification).
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and react quickly to security situations.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on client service.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

· Proficient in defensive tactics and emergency response procedures.

· Knowledge of security technologies and surveillance systems.

· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Excellent observational and analytical abilities.
