Our Events Team is a highly-specialized group that provides Best-in-Class Customer Service to high-end clients. At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team in Silicon Valley, California.

Compensation: $22.50 – $23 / hour

Shift: Day and Swing Shifts Available (Shift will be discussed during the interview process)

• Tuesday – Friday, 6:30am – 5:00pm & 6:30am – 8:00pm
• Wednesday, 5:30pm – 6:00am

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Loves a change of scenery.
• Excellent computer skills
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You conduct periodic area patrols and perimeter checks.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Prior or current Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience is a plus!
• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
