Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Dispatcher. The Security Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel by effectively coordinating communication between security personnel, emergency responders, and management.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process calls

Monitor security systems.

Monitor alarms

Maintain communication: maintain constant communication with Security personnel on patrol, providing updates, guidance, and support as needed. Use telephone, or other communication devices effectively.

Assist with administrative tasks.

Dispatcher: 4:30 pm to 1:00 am Must be able to work swing shift and weekends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security or dispatching role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and security equipment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols is a plus.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

• Swing shift
