Mobile Patrol Supervisor

$250 Hiring Bonus

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Friday – Tuesday (40 hours/week)
Shifts:

• Graveyard Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (2 days)

Location: In-person (San Jose)
Pay: $27.00/hour

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications:
• Valid Guard Card
• Powers to Arrest Certificate (8-hour course)

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record
• 23 years or older (to operate company vehicle)

Experience:

• 1+ year as a Security Supervisor
• 2+ year in Security Guard roles
• 1+ year in Patrol

Other Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Physically capable of performing job duties
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Must reside in the desired location

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all security officers within your assigned area
• Provide on-site training, support, and guidance
• Assign officers to appropriate posts based on skills and site needs
• Conduct site visits to check in on officers and operations
• Implement motivational strategies and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-site leadership
• Maintain daily workflows, schedules, and ensure proper coverage
• Handle any additional duties related to premises security as directed

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
