Key Responsibilities:

• Vigilant Monitoring: Utilize advanced surveillance techniques to oversee the safety of the property; monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to threats swiftly.
• Emergency Response: Employ your certified skills in CPR and first aid to provide crucial support in emergency situations. Your background in law enforcement or military service will be invaluable in managing security incidents effectively.
• Conflict Resolution: Apply your refined conflict management abilities to deescalate situations calmly and decisively, ensuring the safety and peace of all individuals on-site.
• Loss Prevention: Implement strategic loss prevention methods to protect assets from theft or damage, contributing to the overall security of the premises.

Requirements:

• Certifications: Must possess a current Guard Card and a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Proficient in first aid, CPR, and emergency response. Experience with law enforcement, military duties, and CCTV operations preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Strong ethical framework, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekends only
