POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direct supervision of the Asset Protection Area Manager (APAM) t he role of the Asset Protection Agent (APA) is to ensure the safety of our customers and associates along with the protection of company assets. The APA is the first and last impression of the WSS brand and must be helpful and courteous to our customers. To be effective at this job, APA should be detail-oriented team players with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in security, asset protection, and/or retail a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Communicate effectively in person and on the phone.

Proficient in conflict resolution and skilled in de-escalation techniques
