As a Security Officer with us, our main responsibility is to ensure a safe environment for our clients. If you’re motivated and professional about your job, this is the perfect role for you!

Various Other Full and Part-Time positions are available with starting pay at $19-$21 per hour and ABOVE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests or residents as they enter the premises.
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic, including vehicles, visitors, and deliveries.
• Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted access.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including medical situations, fires, or criminal activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and suspicious activity.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and activities.
• Collaborate with other security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services to ensure a cohesive response to security incidents.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company and its values in a positive light.

Physical Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and walk extensive distances.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service orientation to provide excellent service and enhance guest experience
• Valid security guard certification and/or license required by local regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
• 1 year Security experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• US Work authorization
• Reliable Transportation
• Eligible to receive a license Guard Card
• Successful Background Check (including a drug screen)
• Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Presentable and with Clean and natural hair color
• With 1 year or more experience as a Concierge
