POST COMMANDER NEEDED TO MANAGE GUARDS AND SAND DIEGO TEAM

ABILITY TO:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• 1-2 years experience in dealing/managing people
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a precise and effective manner
• VALID ACTIVE BSIS GUARD CARD
• POCESS A VALID CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Display exceptional customer service
• ability to speak and write in English clearly
• Able and capable of using a smart phone device
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Ability to be unbias in implementing rules and guidelines with guards
• Enforces Steadfast Security's guideliness, Policies and rules
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain, and heat
• Ability to occassionally lift up to 40lbs
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk for long periods of time
