Standing Guard

Security First is currently looking for 2 standing officers to work at a site at the Las Americas outlet. We're seeking a full timer and a part timer. The schedule is as follows Monday – Wednesday 12:30pm-8:30pm, Thursday – Saturday 12:30pm-9:30pm and Sunday 12:30pm-9:30pm

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies while following established protocols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for incident reporting or investigations.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports.
• Engage in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing corrective measures.

Requirement:

• Must have an active BSIS guard card

Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
