Wanted: Senior Level Commercial Security Service Technician
Qualifications:
- Experience in the electronic security industry working with Access Control, Video or Intrusion.
- High school or equivalent (Minimum)
- Troubleshoot and programming networked Access Control systems
- Troubleshoot and programming of networked IP Video solutions
- Driver's License – clean DMV, safe driver (Required)
- Undergo background check and drug screening
- Maintain California ACE (Alarm Company Employee) card
Full Job Description
National Security Works (NSW) is a Commercial Electronic Security Integration company primarily focused on healthcare. We need qualified service technicians able to troubleshoot and repair access control related hardware and software issues, IP and based CCTV systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
Advanced knowledge with any of the following is a Plus: Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Software House C-Cure or Avigilon, Bosch or DMP.
Candidates must:
- Have knowledge and practical experience with windows OS and general understanding of networking
- Work independently and be motivated to resolve problems to our customer’s satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized company provided service vehicle
- Maintain and submit accurate paperwork and documentation such as: Timesheets, Work Orders, test, and Inspect Forms
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Compensated weekly On Call rotation every 4 – 5 weeks
