Security Guard

Duties:

– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security and prevent loss or damage
– Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence
– Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and alarm systems
– Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Respond to alarms and emergencies quickly and efficiently
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and answering inquiries
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

– Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Strong observational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
– Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
