The Manchester Grand Hyatt is looking to fill the role of Security & Safety Host, to join Hyatt’s diverse team of security and safety professionals, please review the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications listed below:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols of the hotel’s property, to include lobby/outlet areas, guest room hallways, parking garage, hotel perimeter, convention space, etc.
• Respond to various on-property incidents, to include, but not limited to, medical emergencies, trespassers, noise complaints, lost/missing items, guest needs, etc.
• Prevent unwanted visitors from entering the property, and safely escort any non guests/unwanted visitors from the property
• Effectively monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, emergency phone lines, and other aspects of the property’s dispatch center on an as-needed basis
• Complete detailed, and accurate incident reports in a timely manner, after critical incidents occur
• Partner with responding law enforcement and fire departments, as needed
• Administer basic CPR and First Aid, as needed
• Respond to, and strategically remedy various guest requests, in order to retain guest business, and overall brand protection

WAGE: The hourly rate for this position is $25.50/hr.

SHIFT: Morning swing shift with open availability 7 days a week
