Job Description:
Eagles Point is seeking reliable individuals to join our team as a part-time Unarmed Security Guard in Downtown San Diego. It will be part-time 12 hour shift working Monday and Tuesday.

Position: Unarmed Security Guard

Location: Downtown SD

Hours: Part-time

Pay: $19 (Starting pay)

Shifts: Monday-Tuesday: 6 am – 6 pm (Day Shift)

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card
• Reliable transportation
• Working cell phone
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect potential security risks
• Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including disturbances, medical emergencies, and fire alarms
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and guests
• Collaborate with event organizers, staff, and local authorities as needed
• Report any suspicious activities, hazards, or safety concerns to appropriate personnel
• Follow established security protocols and procedures at all times
