Summary

As a member of Eagles Point Security, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to conflict management and surveillance, contributing significantly to our mission of providing top-notch security services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security operations at assigned locations.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities for reporting purposes.
• Engage with clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security services or law enforcement is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
