Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any incidents are managed effectively. The Security Officer will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to disturbances, or emergencies; assess situations and take appropriate action.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary; provide assistance during investigations.

Skills

• Proficient in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while effectively managing emergency situations.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public.
• A background in military or law enforcement is a plus, but not mandatory.
