Special Events Security Guard

We are seeking reliable and professional Special Events Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of all attendees, staff, and property at various events. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol event premises to ensure the safety of attendees and staff.

Control access to the event by verifying credentials and managing entry points.

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches in a timely and professional manner.

Diffuse potential conflicts and ensure that all attendees adhere to event policies and guidelines.

Coordinate with event organizers, law enforcement, or emergency services when necessary.

Write detailed incident reports for any accidents, disturbances, or violations.

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.

Valid state security guard license or certification (if applicable).

Strong observational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
