Security Officer (Oceanside, CA)

Position Overview

Allstate Security is seeking dependable and professional Officers to support multiple sites throughout the Oceanside. This position requires flexibility and the ability to cover varying shifts and locations based on operational needs. Officers must be adaptable, reliable, and prepared to respond to scheduling requests on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned property
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Provide a visible deterrent and respond promptly to incidents or disturbances
• Write detailed and accurate incident/activity reports
• Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures
• Assist clients, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and emergency services when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMED
• MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
• MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
• MULTILINGUAL A PLUS
• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARDMinimum Requirements:
• Valid California Guard Card (BSIS)
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
